Individually or in small groups, Jane works with fundraising staff and volunteers to enhance their fundraising skills and knowledge.

There are many fundraising professionals in Canadian charities with exceptional soft skills and a genuine commitment to their organization.  However, they may have gaps in their fundraising knowledge and experience.  Through a combination of direct training, coaching and mentoring, Jane can help build knowledge in various fundraising programs, understanding of best practice and confidence moving forward.

Jane can also provide presentations to board members and volunteers on how best to support fundraising efforts.
